GRP rafters
When you're getting a Leka roof system installed, first Glass Reinforced Plastic is added to the window frames of your conservatory. GRP is protected from woodworm, moisture absorption, condensation and thermal bridging.
Celotex insulation
After the Leka sheets have been fitted, insulated Celotex sheets are fitted with a 15mm gap from the internal Leka sheets. Celotex provides high value thermal efficiency. This is BBA certified and can achieve a great level of roof insulation efficiency.

Internal Leka boards
After GRP rafters, internal Leka sheets are added underneath the GRP rafters. These are waterproof and lighter than plasterboard.
They have unique thermal qualities and have a traditional plaster skim finish that looks great.
Outer sheets
After Celotex, insulation strong insulated outer sheets are added. These ensure higher insulation efficiency.
The Leka outer boards can be a structural alternative to plywood. They're significantly lighter than any other roof covering board and have a waterproof outer covering. They're also thermally efficient.

Tiling
In the final step of fitting a Leka roof system, we provide a high-quality Tapco or metrotile roof, which will offer a classic roof finish according to your existing property.
